Can you please help me I installed the battery into my macbook pro 2014 a few months ago and everything was fine and now it's only operating at 50% capacity and i'm getting less than 4 hours life on it. I have tried a battery calibration, a SMC and a PRAM reset and i still get a "service recommended" warning on the battery
Can you help me please?

OK thank you. I have emailed their european store.I have no idea whats happened here everything was fine until a week or so ago.
Take a deep breath ;-} You didn't do anything.
just as long as they can send a replacement and it's just a faulty battery

Where did you buy the battery? I suspect you got a bad one.

@danj from Ifixit 92 charge cycles.....138 days old manufactured 17th March 2020. Installed early April. It was working fine until recently after a software update to the latest Catalina. I must have got a bad battery. i dont know please help me guys
