Nintendo Switch won't boot, doesn't charge (0.09A)

Hi, I'm trying to fix a Nintendo Switch that does not boot.


- When connected to a charger, the Switch pulls 0.09/0.08A

- When a battery is connected, the Switch starts clicking (very quietly)


- I found some shorted caps (see image) that (maybe) lead to one of the RAM chips? Can someone confirm this? Is it possible to replace a RAM chip or are they married to the APU?
