I found that there is pry damage to capacitor near charging port. I found that is c25 capacitor. Can this damage cause boot loop?

Error 9 is a common issue caused by connection issues. This may be caused by that capacitor you said that had “pry damage” or it might be with the Lightning Cable you used to restore the device and it can be a loose connection between the charge port and the Logic Board, you can get free schematics and board view from the internet just make sure the schematics and board view you are downloading doesn’t look shady, or you could get payed schematics and board view. Did you make sure to unplug the battery before disconnecting anything else? Did you properly plug the battery back into it’s connector? Let me know by commenting on my answer if those steps helped you fix it or not.

When I have opened Iphone, first thing what I did was disconnect touch id and then I have removed battery plate crews and disconnected the battery. I have tried many times to reconnect connectors and I have cleaned them but still no luck. On 3uTools Iphone restarts at sending NorData and then Iphone shows connect to itunes. Everything have worked good except old charging port before repairing. Oh, 3uTools shows another error related with usbd . I have tried many times to restore phone on Itunes and 3uTools on all possible pc usb ports and still no luck to restore or boot iphone in to the ios. (Sorry for bad English)

So, the capacitor might need to be repaired as that is most likely the issue, you can get iCloud locked iPhone 5S donor boards and desolder the capacitor near the charge port on the broken iPhone 5S in a boot loop, then desolder the working capacitor from the iCloud locked iPhone 5S then solder the capacitor on to the iPhone 5S in a boot loop. Firstly, I would buy a new charge port, send the old one back to see if that fixes it, if not it might be the capacitor near the charge port. It is fine if you have bad English.
