My laptop is corem3 7th genration.and control keys is not working
like ctrl S or ctrl A please help me to tackle with this problem

Do the control keys fail on just one application, or on every application you use?

Its not working while using MS ofc power word ..etc
Then the problem may be your keyboard drivers. Try uninstalling and then reinstalling them.
Open Device Manager by typing "devmgmt.msc" in the search box at the left of your bottom Taskbar. Hit Enter to open the utility.
Once inside Device Manager, scroll down to the "Keyboards" entry and expand its list of sub-entries. Then, right-click on each sub-entry and select "Uninstall device" from the pop up menu that appears. Click on the "Uninstall" option in each confirmation pop-up box.
Then, reboot your computer to allow it to detect and replace the old keyboard drivers with new ones.
