Sounds like your alarm system is setting the horn off. Use your valet key and lock the driver side door then unlock it.

It sounds like the horn button on the steering wheel has the foam padding compressed and when the temperature changes it can cause the horn to go off. You will have to get a new airbag assembly or take out the horn relay or unhook the horn. This is a common problem especially if it gets cold in the area the car is.
