iPad 2 GSM 'No sim installed'

Hi!

Does anyone know how solve the problem? Try to restore iOS, try to reset Network, try to AirPlane mode off/on - nothing. Right now iPad is opened, the power on the sim card is 1.2V instead of 1.8V. All cables is ok...

As I see the such problem is not rare... Does anyone know a solution?

Unfortunately don't have another iPad to replace a modules of cables..
