Now the amoled display almost looks like my iPhone but worse, even in 1440p with highest resolution it looks washed out. I can see streaks when I turn down the brightness, is there anyway to fix besides getting a whole new screen, or is it the LCD?

You may have gotten liquid/water underneath the lcd. Try waiting a few days depending on the liquid you used it will dry out.

It's been about a month still looks the same
I'm sorry to say but it seems to be damaged and the only way to do it is the one you aren't willing to, worst part is, that might not work, it may be permanently damaged.
