My laptop Compaq presario 2500 it open but the screen doesn't work. I tried to use an external monitor but it still not working. Also when it opens it sounds like something is crushing inside it. And to mansion it take a lot of time to start working after I press the power button. Please someone help me so much problems and I have frected out

That is a very old laptop. Sounds like the hard drive is defective.

Take it out. Do you still hear the “sounds like something is crushing inside it “ ? If not then the hard drive is the problem. The hard drive is an IDE type. All current drives are SATA.
It is hard to find IDE laptop drives these days but maybe you could perhaps salvage one from an old dead machine.
You can also purchase drive cases that convert the IDE to SATA but they require an mSATA drive card that can be a little expensive.

Most likely hard drive - replace the HD then reinstall OS
