some part of my pro 4 thouch screen doesn't work

on my pro 4 horizontally bottom side around 5 cm of the touch ,stop working ! do i need replace whole the surface screen panel or the touch panel Separately can be fixed ?

Amir, it seems like the digitizer (touch panel) is fused with the display, so you most likely will have to replace the entire component. You can find the replacement part here and below is the guide to replace it:
