My MacBook says that I'm connected to a power source.
It’s been like that even when I don’t plug my charger and only one of my usb c port seems to be working. SMC reset did nothing.
Is dit een goede vraag?

Sadly your battery charging logic of your system is in trouble! This is a logic board issue.
Depending on where you live your system might still be covered under warranty! So I would check to see if you’re system is still covered and if it is I would contact Apple so at least you can log the problem (make sure you write down the case number as you’ll need it when you get your system to them to get repaired).
If your system is not under warranty you’ll need to find someone who can fix your logic board. Where do you live (country and nearest city) maybe we can aim you to someone.
Sorry, replacing the physical port connectors won’t fix this ;-{

The only other option is replacing the logic board, here’s a listing from one source Mid 2017 13” MacBook Pro Retina Function Key logic boards

That's bad. Will it work if I just replace the usb-c ports?
My warranty ran out unfortunately, and I live in Indonesia. Perhaps you know someone/someplace that can get this looked into?
Thank you for your quick reply!
To get that logic board repair at a reasonable price, contact Paul Daniels in Australia.
Here’s his contact information, he does mail-in service:
