No numerical output on minijack connector. Analog is working well. It’s surely an hardware problem. I tried several configurations in sound preferences, midi preferences. Cable is ok working on iMac.Is it possible to clean the connector ?

The digital optical signal does require a special cable like this one: Mini Toslink to Toslink Digital Optical Audio Cable 3 Ft Connector Adapter
While faint you should see a red light emitting from the cable mining it at a white pice of paper in a dimly lit room.
