Dashboard lights and gauges not working! HELP!

It started out when I went to the store and noticed my key fob didnt work, after getting home my dashlights and gauges stopped working everything on my dash (including my mileage and prnd) is all blank nothing is working! I also dont have wipers, no high beams, no running lights, obd scan is not working and I can not lock my doors manually. My husband has changed the instrument cluster, replaced fuses and the entire fuse box, hes checked wires in the driver door and even replaced the battery in the key fob. We are at a lose as to what to do next!

which all those faults my guess would either be a faulty connecter from one of the wiring looms into the fuse box or a faulty ECU, any signs of water damage on any of the electrical system? does the car run and can you drive it? a garage or auto electrician would be able to trace the problem quite easy having access to the car with all those issues your having.
