There are a couple different solutions you could try:

Take a rubber band and stretch it over the top of the screwdriver, then try to unscrew the screw again. Sometimes, this is enough to fill the gap between the screwdriver and what has been worn away on the screw. You can also try this with duct tape.

You can also try a bigger size of screwdriver. If you have a slightly bigger size, it may fit the stripped screw better than the smaller size will, depending on how worn the screw is.

You could put some superglue on the tip of the screwdriver for a better grip on the screw and then try again- make sure you’ll be able to get the glue off afterwards, though.

If you’re running out of options and you happen to have a soldering iron, you can solder your screwdriver directly to the screw, which should give you enough strength to get it out.

Finally, if nothing has worked for you and you’re willing to try something a bit more risky- if you have a precision drill, you can physically drill off the head of the screw to get it out. This will usually leave the rest of the screw down inside of the hole, but if you don’t have any other options, that might be your best bet.

Please be careful with these, you could easily damage the internal components of your phone. Good luck!
