I accidentally ripped out something from motherboard
It one of the cords you can pull out of rectangle bit that’s connected to motherboard but I ripped out rectangle bit look at photo

If all you did here was to tear off the connector leaving the pads on the board, this can be easily repairs by soldering the connector back on. If the pads were torn off of the board, the repair gets a bit more complicated. It is difficult to see whether or not the pads are intact. If you are not comfortable with soldering things this small, seek a service center that can fix this for you.
