TV is a Sharp LC-32Q3180U 32” HD LED; I have these extremely thin horizontal lines on my television throughout the whole TV, the TV is less than a year old and they just started about 2 weeks ago, not sure what the problem could be. Might be hard to see in the picture but it was the clearest I could get it. The lines are consistent throughout the entire image.

Hi,
Try different signal sources, e.g. DVD player, or different inputs, input types, cables etc to check if the problem is always there or not.
If it is then verify the purchase date on the TV’s sales receipt and if the TV is less than than 12 months old, follow the directions in the manufacturer’s warranty statement that came with the TV as to what to do to make a claim for a manufacturer’s repair, replacement or refund.
