Handling backlight sheets without damage

It's quite a challenge to change the backlight sheets without leaving any marks. Today I've tried (powdered) latex gloves and still some signs of fingerprints.

Any tips on avoiding this?

I believe it should be avoided at all costs to handle backlight sheets to manage to do a clean replacement and even then it's not easy. Ideally they shouldn't be moved at all.

That's interesting. Can you elaborate? What's the reason behind it? I hate using artificial materials when natural and biodegradable options are available.

Latex gloves are often powered. Nitrile gloves are better here.

Even still as soon as you wipe the surfaces of the sheets you build up a static charge which attracts dust! Years ago where I worked we had a clean box which had an ionized air flow to reduce the static charge and it had hepa filters to clean the air.

I gave up trying to replace the MacBook Air screens are its so hard to keep things clean and sometimes the sheets get damaged as well.
