I don’t have a startup disc?
i’m trying to restart my mac but when i go to do it it says to select a system but nothing shows up?? please help!!

Can you backup here a bit. What did you do before you encountered this?
What does your system report tell you on what your drive is. (click on the Apple > About This Mac, then click on 'System Report' click on PCI or Storage.
