HDD Rescue password date isn't showing up

So I did everything for ex. : i pressed F2, i pressed alt + r

if i press alt + r at the user password screen i will be head to the rescue password screen but there is no date showen pls help!

Hi there,

Firstly, I think you can just try resetting battery and see if it works getting date displayed.

In case any future unexpected issue with the computer, my recommendation is to back up all your important data including password and personal files.

i have done all thing resetting CMOS battery etc. but date not showed. what to do?
