Unable to update my iPad pro
Updating problems as my Apple ID doesn’t seem to be working for my iPad Pro 10.5 but works well for my iphone

Can you update using iTunes from a computer? Plug the iPad into your computer, open iTunes, and try updating it that way.

I get the message it cannot connect to Apple server

Finally after few hours with Apple support syncing with iTunes to update my iPad but still having problems
