My right Joy-Con controller isn't connecting

My right Joy-Con won't connect to my Nintendo Switch wirelessly, it can still connect to the Switch when attached but it won't connect in 2 player mode it will only connect wirelessly if I'm only playing 1 player mode. What should I do?
