iPhone X won’t turn on or charge
Hello there I have an iPhone X which it was in pool water for about 20 minutes. When recovered the phone was fuctioning properly until it reached 0%. After that the phone won’t charge or power on at all. I tried all software solutions and also tried wireless charging ( the indicator on the Ravpower wireless charger was blinking meaning there was a connection). Opened up the phone and tried briefly to clean it with alcohol still nothing.
Im thinking maybe the power ic or usb/charging ic went wrong.
Any suggestions ?

I did all of the above except to desolder the layers of the pcb. Any suggested way to diagnose which components are damaged ?

First step after reassembly would be to charge the new battery you installed. Is it charging OK. If not you have to start looking at charging circuit malfunctions by either trouble shooting components or replacing the relevant circuit board. See Demontage van de iPhone X and search for "On the first half" -> "TI 78AVZ81 battery charger" to see what you are going to experience when fixing your unit.
