Weird colors when media type "Photo Paper" is used.

Brother DCP-T300 Printer

Repair information for the Brother DCP-T300 printer. First available on Amazon in January of 2017. Model number: DCP-T300.

The contrast comes out very wrong. Dark areas and blacks have this weird magenta cast.

Using media type “Plain Paper” or “Inkjet Paper” has no issues.

I suggest you do a cleaning of the print heads.

Did you do the test with another brand of photo paper?

Did that and Deep cleaning too. It's probably a software problem. As its trying to make composite black but fails miserably.
