Why is my i9s earbud speaking a different language?

I got i9s-tws earbuds and when I was trying to pair them I came to an issue. While the one said “pairing” the other (left side) was speaking a different language but it was blinking so I expected it would be fine when paired. It did not pair and is repeating the same this over and over in another language and I cannot turn it off. I tried letting it reset in the charging case which seemed to be fine until I turned it on and it did the same thing. I’ve tried clicking 2x for another language, I’ve tried 3x and 4x because I heard it could help but nothing has worked.
