I am replacing the Logic Board and Click Wheel on my 80GB iPod 5th Generation (video). What is the correct adhesive to secure the grounding tabs for the logic board and click wheel to the metal frame. The adhesive that was at each attachment point has worn away.

@markave using some small double sided tape like this [gekoppeld product ontbreekt of is uitgeschakeld: IF145-283] will work. Or you can just use a small piece of regular “scotch tape” to stick them on the frame. I have done that plenty of times without any issues after.

Thanks very much for the assist. Will the tabs properly ground to the metal framework through the double sided tape?
