I've maxed out the RAM and will install Leopard.

Hi! No, unfortunately, the clamshell iBook, and iBook G3s in general, will only take the standard AirPort card:
[gekoppeld product ontbreekt of is uitgeschakeld: IF143-010]

You don't have enough processor speed to install Leopard. 10.3 is as high as you can go.
