Power button flashing screen won’t turn on

Hi,

i have an ASUS X555U. The other night I pressed ‘update and shut down’ it has Windows 10. When I turned it back on the next day it came up with a weird screen so I freaked out thinking it might have been a virus and held down the off button to turn it off. After I realised hopefully it was just doing an update but it didn’t look like the normal update screen.. Now the battery light is white constantly flashing, and the light bulb and airplane lights are solid white. As though it looks like it’s asleep? I have the charger plugged in but it isn’t coming up as orange as though it is charging. The screen is not turning on at all. I have tried holding the power button down, pressing F8, taking the battery out and putting it back in, using HDMI to tv screen but nothing is working. I would appreciate if anyone has any advice thanks!
