Hi, my sansa clip mp3 player, once connected to the pc, cannot copy the musical files. Once done copying and pasting, seems to be copying, but the copy percentage remains at 0%.
If anyone can helps me please.

I have that same MP3 player. It is a good MP3 player.
Do you have a Linux computer available? If not, then go to https://linuxmint.com/download.php and download one of the Linux distros (if you aren’t sure which, then download 32-bit Xfce). Now create a DVD from the file that you downloaded. Once you have done that, reboot the computer with the DVD in the drive, and boot to the DVD. Doing so will load a copy of Linux Live on your computer. (Nothing on your hard drive will be erased by doing this.)
Once you have logged into Linux Live, try to copy some music to your MP3 player.
The reason I suggest Linux is because sometimes Linux is better than Windows at reading and writing to a drive.

I haven't solved your answer but I have solved the Firmware update from 02.01.32 to 02.01.35!
He thinks I bought a Sansa Clip Sport, but it's not as powerful as the Sansa Clip!
Finally I solved, I'm very happy !!

Hi,
I'd like to ask you another question about Sansa Clip.
After the update I noticed that the volume of the songs is very low, before the Firmware update it was much higher. I read that there is the ReplayGain function, I tried to use it, but the volume always remains low.
Would you have a solution for this?
