Ipega-9083 Controller for Pubg mobile

So I got that controller and it does pair up with my phone but you would also need an app to bind to. I‘ve tried the happychicken emualtor (Chinese verion) and plus v3 app. Both cant seem to find my controller. Is it even possible? Can someone guide me through?
