so on June 30, 2018 I falled in the lake with my iPhone 7 Plus in my fanny pack its been a year is it possible to fix it without taking it apart

In 2018 u was wearing a fanny pack??? I really want one…
U havent described ur actual problem with the phone to really help properly, what is the issue with the phone what's it doing and what's the last thing u did before it stopped working.
Water damage is not a good repair as short of removing every ic of the board replacing it and then also cleaning the bare board on it's own u cant really guarantee the phone will carry on working as a fully working phone forever todays partial short is tommorows full short etc…
However depending on what the actual problem with the phone really is it may be possible to repair it and it may not even be caused by the prior contact with water.
Unfortunately unless ur really good at magic u cant really repair a hardware fault without taking apart the phone, that's if it even is a hardware fault
P.s the 7 is supposed to be “water resistant”

so it won't charge or turn on even before I had a little fun with the screen
And what charger was u using??? And did u try restarting it before u did something to the screen eg holding volume button and power button? And did u drop it knock it etc? What did u do to the screen
I cracked the screen a lot and I was using a apple cord
And did u crack the screen a lot before or after the phone stopped working have u tried a replacement screen???

I don't have money for a screen
Put it on charge for an hour on a good working genuine apple plug and decent cable... leave it for an hour then plug it into a computer with iTunes on it and see if its recognised???
I find 7 screens temperamental and uve damaged urs but I've seen ones that dont have a scratch on them genuine from apple themselves be just blank when the phone has been dropped on its left hand corner (top or bottom) :)
first of all it has been plugged in for 2 hours and my other computer has 10.6.8 iTunes 11 and not to say the phone was running iOS 12.0 beta
Update iTunes and plug it in and see if it recognizes the phone at all do u get a sound when USB is plugged in does it recognise it as on or in dfu mode or in recovery mode etc or not at all
no sound when I plug it in
