Why cant I answer phone calls
when the phone rings I cant answer it ive tried sliding the white phone that wont let me slide ive tried sliding it up and then there is nothing.

I haven't heard from anybody how to fix answering my phone when it rings

Darvin, not enough info dude. May be 10 possibilities, from you've been messing around in Settings, to phone is so crowded ram can't handle and your buttons have gone wonky, to its dead broke. Gotta give Lots of info you want answers.
