Try a smaller bit.

Already did. Didn’t work

Not sure if iFixit sells it, I'm sure they do, but there's actually a bit that is shapped like a hexigon, I have a screwdriver that's H2.5 (Hexigon 2.5mm) and it's a perfect fit.

Use one that’s about the same size, but is slightly smaller and still fits over normally. This usually works to deal with stubborn ones.

If you’re finding it’s still being stubborn, you will need a driver with more torque. The issue is it was tightened more then it should when the phone was assembled at the factory. This isn't the end of the world but you will need to match the force used to have a chance at removal.

I did and it didn’t work

If you have that H2.5mm then you can try to put like a thin rubberband over the screw itself, and see if that adds into the empty space making your bit spin around it to add some grip to the twist.

Thr rubber band thing has never worked for me @neos_hle. What usually does is a slightly larger (or smaller) screwdriver to help fit the hole better.

That said plyers are likely to damage the board beyond repair, so it's the only viable option for getting this out as a last resort.

What that screw is is a stand off screw. Since its not a common screw driver at all, use a very small flathead screw driver. If it helps please give this answer a like, it would be much appreciated!!!!
