MacBook Pro won't power on. Turned off at boot screen

OK, so basically I had just reset the MacBook pro

I was using a dodgy charger with some rips but overall it worked fine at an angle, it was on the final boot after I reset it and it suddenly shut off.

I think I clicked the tracpad 3 times and then it shut off? Could be related or not I don’t know.

But, basically now you can feel the force touch tracpad working but it stays completely dead. It charges and everything with a green light but it doesn't get hot at all and in fact its always colder than the room.

The only sign of life it gives is the working tracpad and the charging light on the charger. Need help I've tried all of the keyboard tricks like resetting the SMC Doing things while unplugging the charger and it everything.

It's been like this for over a week now please help
