My cash register Sharp xe-a217b is showing this msg 'PRINTER ERROR Turn off the power.Remove the cause of the printer error. Turn on the power. Press [CL]’. I've load the thermal paper and press the CL but it still show the above msg. Please help..

could be an issue with the printer module or the printer being dirty. Try a complete reset and take a look at the printer module.
