Gigablue HD 800 ue doesn't boot

Hiya all,

I recently bought a used Gigablue HD 800 ue online, and now am trying to fix it. The set top box doesn’t boot at all, it seems completely dead (no LED, image on TV, sound, etc.) However, I have confirmed that electricity is flowing properly into the box, so I’m looking to see if there’s a relatively well known fix for it.
