What do I need to open up a switch joy con and clean the buttons
My friend got some grease on the buttons and they got inside and now the a button is sticky

Hey @andrewifix! I’m sorry to say we don’t have a good guide for getting to the buttons on Joy-Con controllers yet. We do have a couple guides and a teardown that you can probably use to get most of the way there, though! Check these out:
