How to remove hard drive from laptop
Actually it is EasyNote TJ67-AU-054UK but that is not mentioned on the site. I guess it might be the same instruction in any case.

Good day .
i git a packard bell easynote TE69bm notebook. I want to remove its had drive whitch is a 320 gb hard drive and place it in a a external usb 2.5 inch hd enclosure .
The quotion is how do i know witch cassing ( hd enclosure) to buy for my notebooks hard drive to make them external. Will all 2.5 inch laptop external hd enclosures the same?

Thank you Aiden. I haven’t been using this laptop for 18 months apart from watching the occasional DVD film. When I tried to do this today, it was all too difficult and I decided I may as well get rid of the laptop, but know that I don’t want the info on it to be useful to any new owner. So that is why I am removing the hard drive! Won’t do it tonight, but am grateful for the necessary know-how. Many thanks
