Reboot loop after screen replacement

Hello, so today I was replacing the screen on an iPhone 6+ and when I replaced it and tried to power it on to test it, it was stuck on a boot loop to the apple logo then would turn off then back on. I replaced the old screen back on the phone and no problems at all except for a dark spot at the top right which I am not sure if that was pre-existing or not.

If the replacement screen is a preassembled one meaning it came with the front camera, metal shields plate for screen then try with the front camera and the home button interconnect flex (the smallest square coming from screen) disconnected.

If it turns on successfully then you'll need to either take the front camera assembly from the old screen or the home button interconnect which is together with the large metal plate that goes behind the screen.

To figure out which component is fault you can unplug either of those and see which one let's it boot without.

Will it be an issue if it is the home button interconnect?

Not really as a preassembled screen comes with the back shield metal plate which you can also take from the old screen.
