How to remove and reinstall Speaker

I recently purchased a replacement speaker for my late 2016 15-inch MacBook Pro with Touch Bar and I wanted to know how to remove the speaker. It’s glued in really well. Do I use brute force to pull it out? Or is there an adhesive solvent I can use. I also wanted to know if you sell the black glue adhesive that apple uses in these MacBook pros?

I would use a heat gun and just 85% isopropyl alcohol. The issue is if you use anything stronger you could get it on the keycaps melting them (Ouch!) And, Yes! Its well glued in. Review the IFIXIT Demontage van de MacBook Pro 15" Touch Bar Step12 to get an idea where the glue is.

Did you try getting it fixed by Apple as Apple did have an extended warranty program which still might be viable.

Success:

I had chattering sound on Prevoius near perfect Mac speakers. I order this right speaker and the tool kit (star wrenches). Removed the panel it took some force because there’s some middle fasteners that pop out And then the panel slides as noted in this and various tutorials from the rear latches.

The speaker is glued in with a gasket like perimeter strip around the speaker. I should’ve taken a video on this since I couldn’t find one but I heat gunned the front of the computer just a little bit so it’s fairly warm to the touch and then used a knife to poke the in place broken speaker and pry it out at one end. Took a bit of force but it actually didn’t damage the removed speaker with only a slight indentation in it’s housing. I used the adhesive gasket like strip to adhere the new speaker therein.

Now I just want to know root cause what blowout blew out the speakers.
