My phone doesn’t turn on. Was told CPU is problem. Any suggestion?

I was told the CPU is gone. I find out many people experience same problem. Do you think That manifacture would do some thing?

Not cpu, but memory Chip soldered on procesor.... Reflow can solve this proble on few days... Or reball for long
