No power or chime

Hi, I have almost the same issue, I don't hear the chime, the LEDS. The first and second light up but the third don't. I replaced the caps on my logic board and on the psu. I have another iMac same model and everything, I replaced the caps on that one too but it's working like new, so I test the logic board of the good one on the bad one and it started like normal, my question is do you think the caps I replaced I put them wrong or the logic board is really dead?
