I replaced the screen and battery on my iPhone 6 about a week ago. Since then, every other time I boot up, the screen goes dark or has white vertical lines. I tried unplugging and replugging the battery cable with no response. Any idea what this is and how I can fix it?

The *most* likely case here is damage to the flex on the new screen. What happens if you put your old cracked screen back on, does this problem go away?

I don’t have the old screen anymore unfortunately. What would you recommend?
