When I make/receive normal call I can't hear and they can't hear me

Hello, I have a problem with my iPhone 6.

When I make or receive normal calls I can’t hear anything and also they can’t hear anything. But when I make a call from WhatsApp or Viber I can hear and they can hear me.

I think I need some help here

I’ve had multiple people come into the repair shop that I work for with iPhone 6’s, and after updating to iOS 12 they experience the issue you site above. No hardware replacements will fix the issue (I’ve tried it all), as it is purely software based. Get in touch with Apple support and they should be able to give you further instructions towards a fix.

Thank you very much, I added a beta Profile to the user so I downloaded iOS 12.1 public beta and worked fine
