Hi everyone, Please help me. I thought, once I entered recovery mode, I will use Wipe Cache to reset my Nexus 5X.

When I enter this mode, I do not get anything like that. I use the following guide to access the recovery mode:

I am sure these options should be there in the recovery.

I have to flash custom restore or anything that could be done.

Any help is appreciated

What are you getting when you try to enter the Recovery mode?

Are you pressing all 3 buttons together (i.e. Volume Up + Volume Down + Power) to get to the option to select Recovery mode?

Almost sounds like you are getting the “No Command” android guy:

Block Image

From this point you would hold down the power button and press volume up. Then you would enter the recovery menu where you can factory reset the device.
