rebooting + charging problem

hey guys thnx for dropping by hope some can help me

my phone dropped and the whole sound system stopped working , took it to a tech he told me that the Sound IC is broken , replaced it and the sound works . afterwards the phone kept rebooting every 1 minute. took it back to the tech and he tried multiple solutions to stop the rebooting and it didn't work. it fixes for like 1-2 days then it starts rebooting again . once more it was dropped later when I taking it back to the tech and the problem was the buttom part of the phone was broken so he fixed it. then when I took it back the phone rebooted and the battery stuck on 3% and wont rise and also keeps rebooting . I would really appereciate it if someone can tell me something to forward it to the tech so finish it up once and for all

Hi jessa my 5s had symptom like if the phone reboot its always showing 1% battery and in a minute it will normal and if charging the percentage not increase before reboot the phone and the last phone always restart after using apps like 2minute but not in standby mode is it u2 problem?
