i used my phone to create a message the suddenly it turn off and i cant turn it on again and i cant even charge the phone how could this happen to my very new samsung galaxy grand prime plus

Ahmad Borge is it a new phone or just new to you? This could be an issue with a bad battery. If it is new, replace the phone under warranty. If it is not new, just new to you, start with a new battery.
Of course if you have the tools and you want to check further, use the flowsheet for your phone.
