Why is my car not charging

I have had alternator tested and battery tested. The fuse link is good and all fuses good. I'm getting 5.3 volts at orange wire out of pcm. And also the battery light on instrument cluster works. Please I need help. Thanks. Also I forgot its a 2005 chevy equinox.

parrisheq4  the battery light etc. gets its signal form the BCM. The PCM (powertrain control module) seems to be the one that determines the charge from your alternator. since you are showing the 5V I wonder if this is not a faulty battery current sensor. I would try to have the OBD scanned to see if you get a code of any kind.
