Tv keeps turning off.

So I had this TV for the past 4+ years.

Never had any problems til 1 month ago.

The TV keeps turning off after we turn on the tv little “console" that shows the programs and stuff (dont know its name) when its not on the tv works but why have a tv when you cant watch any programs on it?

We already did everything (reset, unplugging and plugging back in,…)

Any way to fix it?

I know what you meanly it's the PiP function, while working with external devices, turn PiP to watch TV in smaller window.

This is a good feature; like when you you are using PC, or HDMI, at the same time know what is showing in TV.

I tried this not long ago; the PiP window size can be adjusted!

Unluckily mine can not switch on neither; I used it with my Linux Dongle!

not quite sure what you are referring to with this “after we turn on the tv little “console" that shows the programs and stuff (dont know its name) “ Take some pictures of it and post those with your question. That way we can see what you see. Voeg afbeeldingen toe aan een bestaande vraag

At this time I would disconnect everything from your TV and just use a single input like coax, HDMI or composite. Do not use a cable box or anything. Just things like a DVD player etc. and see if your TV now stays on. If it does not then you may have issues with the power board etc.
