Destroyed the dvd board's ribbon connector/cable

As the title says, i fuc#ed up really bad, about 3 months ago i tried getting the new ps4 system update and i got the soft brick where it cant install it. i tried everything, safe mode, reinstalling files and wiping everything + using a usb stick to install. i also tried a thing that a youtube video showed where he disconnected the big ribbon cable to the board and it installed. suprise suprise that didnt work, i then tried disconnecting the whole board since i have nothing to lose. nothing changed. Here comes the bad part, ive opened my ps4 multiple times for thermal paste change or cleaning and i know it fairly well, But this time i was not in the best of moods since my ps4 from release ($430~) got bricked. its the first version (the loud one, “CUH-11”) but its always worked without any problems, no game crashes, no disc failures, no overheating, sure it was a jet plane but i loved it and took care of it. (its like im talking about a pet i know) So, when i went to plug in the ribbon cable that is under the big one and over the power cable i thought that it was a lip/plastic piece that needed to get popped up like the long thin one does (i was not at the best moods and i didnt think since i though my $400 console randomly soft bricked when its never had any issues) So i took a small flathead since my nails arent the best and my dumbass basically broke the while plastic case that holds the cable + the pins in place.

Thats how it looks, multiple pins that are missing which are impossible to find (i tried) and they all got misplaced or bent up/down. Believe me this did not make me happy, so i “ᵖᵘˡˡᵉᵈ ᵗʰᵉ ʳᶦᵇᵇᵒⁿ ᶜᵃᵇˡᵉ ᵃⁿᵈ ᵐᵃᵈᵉ ᶦᵗ ᶦⁿᵗᵒ ᵃ ᵇᵃˡˡ” from anger, yes, you read that right. After that i placed it in my drawer and forgot about it slowly. now im here 3 months later to ask, from a scale of 1-10 how fuc#ed am i? since the board and motherboard are linked i cant just buy a $20 dvd board and plug it in, instead i need a new motherboard and board which is around $120-140 + a new ribbon cable and a new dvd ribbon cable (the one that clips in under the power supply which is another $5. (i live in sweden so parts come from usa/uk which ads shipping and fee, so in the end im looking at $200~.) What do i do? id rather want a working ps4 than a plastic box for $400 but i dont want to spend $200 on parts. if possible i would rather turn it in for money but those stores dont exist (very rare) in sweden. fyi, i have 0 downloadable games and all the games are on disc’s so its useless + no internet/online.

the problem is that i cant find those repair shops anymore, back when we had a ps2 you could always find a store that repairs consoles and other things but those are gone, only ones i found dont have a "known issue" option so they need to identify it for $20. i mean its not a big board so i can just take it with me some day and ask the big tech/repair shops that i can find.
