Why is my phone screen not working
Hi my phone is on but I can't see the screen its just black I tried restarting it but nothing is working I'm not getting any phone calls coming in either

Hi @alycerobert ,
Are there any indications on the screen when you connect the charger to the phone and switch the charger on?
Has the phone been dropped or gotten wet at all?
