Hi guys, i've replaced my iPhone's display, everything works well but the ear speaker, when i'm on the phone the display turns off, so the proximity sensor works, even the front camera works, but not the speaker... i've moved all the parts from the old display to the new one, even the little piece with 4 gold dots.

Reinspect that area. Check for damaged cables near the gold contacts, make sure the right screws are in place (2 different sizes), check if the gold contacts are tarnished. When reassembling make sure the gold contacts sit flush with the ear piece.
